Responsibilities

My main responsibility is handling sales meetings passed on from inside sales. I meet with clients, discuss recruitment challenges, and propose Careermap solutions. For more detailed tasks, I gather information on the companies I meet with, conduct role-playing with team members, and prepare estimates, application forms, and other materials.

What’s the Good in Good News?

What’s great about the company is that the entire organization supports taking on challenges. Not only is there an environment where you can challenge yourself, but even if a challenge fails, there are team members who will work with you to analyze "why it failed," "how it could have succeeded," and "what lessons we can learn from it."

What Are Your Thoughts on the Company’s Philosophy?

As someone involved in various people's "work," I believe it is something I must constantly think about. In a world where many people say "I don’t want to work" or "I hate my job," I want to first become someone who embodies the opposite and then spread that mindset to those around me.

What Are Your Future Goals and Vision?

I want to be someone who customers feel fortunate to have met, and be able to provide value to every customer. With that in mind, I aim to contribute to realizing the vision of "creating a future where everyone works vibrantly together.

Hobbies & Current Interests

Reading manga, visiting izakayas, and exploring ramen shops.

What Was Your Childhood Dream?

Since elementary school, I've often helped in the kitchen, and I was thrilled when my family praised the curry I made for the first time, which inspired me to start cooking regularly. Now, I enjoy making elaborate dishes for myself and often cook for my friends! My specialty is Chinese cuisine.
