Responsibilities

As the head of the Accounting & Finance Office, I am responsible for managing the accounting and finance functions. I also serve as the executive responsible for overseeing the strengthening and establishment of internal controls, and I promote the development and operation of a company-wide governance structure.

What’s the Good in Good News?

What I find attractive about Good News is that each employee has a strong sense of ownership, and a culture of thinking and taking action independently is deeply rooted here. We also have many employees with diverse experiences and areas of expertise, which allows me to learn from different perspectives and makes this an environment where I can continue to grow.

In addition, Good News has an open organizational culture where people can exchange honest opinions regardless of age or position. I also find it very appealing that the entire team can work together toward achieving our goals.

What Are Your Thoughts on the Company’s Philosophy?

I want to help create a world where not only students aspiring to work in specialized or technical professions, but all working people can take pride in the careers they have chosen and work with energy and enthusiasm.

What Are Your Future Goals and Vision?

I believe that the phrase “all people” in our management philosophy refers to people all over the world. At present, we provide services in Japan, but in the future I would like us to create services used by people around the world and contribute to realizing a future where each person can work with energy and enthusiasm.

Through this, I hope we can grow into a company that provides value globally.

Hobbies & Current Interests

Camping, BBQs, insect collecting, and playing in rivers.

What Was Your Childhood Dream?

My childhood dream was to become a soccer player active on the world stage. Apparently, from a young age, I would proudly tell my relatives that I would succeed as a top player, earn a lot of money, and support my entire family.
