Job Applicants
Basic Policy
Goodnews Inc. is committed to providing an environment in which job applicants can participate in the recruitment process with confidence. We do not tolerate any form of harassment during recruitment, including sexual harassment, abuse of authority, similar conduct, or pressuring applicants to stop applying to or withdraw from consideration by other companies.
Rules for Recruitment Activities
All officers and employees involved in recruitment must comply with the following rules:
Interviews and other recruitment meetings will, in principle, be held at our offices or online. If an off-site meeting is unavoidable, it will be held in a public place that allows for transparency.
Interviews and other recruitment meetings will, in principle, be conducted by at least two company representatives.
Communications with applicants will be conducted only through company email addresses, company-issued mobile phones, or official company recruitment tools. We will not exchange personal contact information with applicants.
We will not engage in inappropriate conduct or any form of harassment.
