Responsibilities
- I speak with companies that are currently using the free plan of Careermap for the construction and IT industries, asking about their business and recruitment needs, and then proposing our sponsorship plans based on their situation.

What’s the Good in Good News?

One of the best things about GOOD NEWS is how supportive my senior colleagues are.
I tend to worry quite a lot, but whenever I take on a new task, they carefully walk me through each step and check my work along the way. That allows me to approach my work with confidence and peace of mind.
There are also several stages of preparation before I am expected to handle something on my own, so by the time I take on the challenge independently, I feel fully prepared and confident. I think that is one of the really great things about GOOD NEWS. -
What Are Your Thoughts on the Company’s Philosophy?

I was a member of the school wind ensemble throughout elementary and junior high school, and through that experience I learned how rewarding it can be to work together as a team toward the same goal and achieve it.
Because of this, I strongly identify with GOOD NEWS’s philosophy of customers, colleagues, and ourselves coming together as one team to create a better society. -
What Are Your Future Goals and Vision?

I want to become a salesperson who can build strong relationships with any client and become someone they choose to trust specifically because of who I am.
At the moment, there are times when I am so focused on simply keeping the conversation going that I cannot give enough attention to tailoring my proposal to each client.
Going forward, I want to gradually improve in this area by consciously adapting my proposals to each customer’s individual needs through my daily client meetings and role-playing practice. -

- Visiting hot springs.

What Was Your Childhood Dream?

When I was a child, I wanted to become a nursery school teacher.
I had been learning to play the piano from a young age, enjoyed playing with small children, and also liked crafts and other detailed hands-on activities. Those interests made me want to pursue a career as a nursery school teacher.
