My role is to foster a culture where new ideas and individual strengths lead to meaningful collaboration, while also leading the formulation and execution of our management strategies, policies, and plans. -

I want to continue evolving and developing Careermap into a service and product that can make an even greater contribution to high school students choosing their future path with their long-term careers in mind, as well as vocational school students acquiring specialized knowledge and skills for their chosen professions.
Together with our colleagues, we aim to create a world where Careermap is in the hands of people who take pride in the paths they have chosen. -
