Responsibilities

"I listen to our clients’ challenges and propose ways that Careermap can work together with them to move forward. One of the things I find most interesting is that even clients in the same industry have completely different stories and perspectives.

I believe that by asking plenty of questions about anything that catches my attention or sparks my curiosity, I can get closer to understanding what our clients truly think and need."

What’s the Good in Good News?

"I love that everyone genuinely celebrates each other’s success.

Although I’m still in my first year at the company, I’ve already seen many moments where, whenever someone wins a new contract or achieves a goal, everyone celebrates together, saying, “We did it!”

Another great thing is that people never forget to appreciate those who helped them along the way—whether it was an inside sales colleague who created the opportunity or a senior colleague who gave them the encouragement they needed.

That kind of environment naturally motivates me to stay positive and keep doing my best."

What Are Your Thoughts on the Company’s Philosophy?

After graduating from university, I spent another three years studying at a different university. When I spoke with friends and acquaintances who had already started working, most of what I heard was, “Working life is tough…

When I came across GOOD NEWS’s corporate philosophy, I thought, “I want to work in a way that I can proudly talk about with my family and friends.” That was one of the reasons I decided to join the company.

First, I want to enjoy my own work and bring positive energy to what I do. Through that, I hope to challenge and change the stereotypes people may have about working professionals and sales careers.

What Are Your Future Goals and Vision?

I want to continue growing while staying true to who I am.

I aim to become someone who can draw out what clients truly think and feel, while also communicating what needs to be said clearly and passionately.

I also want to make sure I never leave a “Why?” unanswered, and continue absorbing as much knowledge as I can.

Both professionally and personally, my goal is to become an expert listener—someone people think of when they are facing a problem and say, “I should talk to Senga.”

Hobbies & Current Interests

Exploring different places in Tokyo that I haven’t visited yet, Nintendo Switch 2, taking walks, and photography.

What Was Your Childhood Dream?

When I was in elementary school, I dreamed of working at a cake shop. Even now, my younger sister and I make cakes at home for our family members’ birthdays.

I also loved drawing, so even as a child, I remember thinking, “I’d love to become an artist… but I probably wouldn’t make much money.”

I later studied design as well, and I still spend my days thinking that someday I’d like to hold an exhibition of my own work.
